As the sun came out I decided that Alban Elfed would be a good day to go for my first walk in the woods since Marmite died. It was a little bitter sweet but I definitely needed the fresh air and to see the start of the changing of the season for myself.
Now for an afternoon of baking what I call autumn cakes (apple,carrot and walnut cupcakes).
