WWI: Fifty two months, fifty two posts

This four year project is my way of commemorating a conflict that, over the course of the fifty two months it ran, changed the face of the world forever and altered millions of lives in a myriad of different ways. This is really a personal act of remembrance being conducted on a public forum but one I think is worth sharing.

I have no set time each month to post, I have no theme other than the obvious overarching one, nor do I have a set format for the posts – it might be facts, it might be a piece of fiction, it might be a personal reflection. The only thing of which you can be certain is that I will make a post for each month of the war and when I do I will update this master list:
